You will need:

  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 120 g butter
  • 170 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g cashews
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

First of all, take a pot, pour in some water and let it boil. In a large bowl, put in white chocolate and butter. Place the bowl on top of the pot and melt the mixture. In another bowl, you will have to mix two eggs with sugar and vanilla extract. You can also chop cashews if your would like to. I would recommend chopping them into halves of quarters. Take the bowl with the chocolate and butter mixture, pour in eggs with sugar and mix it well. After that, pour in all-purpose flour, salt and chopped cashews and mix the batter well. Pour it into a baking pan, covered with parchment paper. Preheat the oven up to 170ºC (338.0ºF) and bake for about 45 minutes. Pie should be slightly browned, yet still soft. Let it cool and then cut it into small pieces. Enjoy!

You will need:

  • 115 g room temperature butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 245 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g raisin
  • 100 g nuts of your choice (I used a mix of pecans, walnuts and hazelnuts)
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 1/2 tspn salt

First of all, you will need to take a bowl, add in butter, brown and plain sugar and beat them until well-combined and fluffy. Beat one egg and pour it in as well as 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix everything one more time. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Pour the dry mixture into wet mixture and mix it. Now you can rinse the raisins, chop nuts of your choice into chunks and pour them into the dough. Mix it well again so there wouldn’t be a cookie without these ingredients! Preheat the oven up to 180ºC (356ºF). Take a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and using a measuring spoon, form the cookies. Bake for about 12 minutes. Enjoy!
