SALTY POPCORN WITH CHOCOLATE

You wil need:

  • 1/3 cup corn
  • 50 g chocolate, unsweetened
  • 5 tbspns milk
  • 1/2 tspn salt

First of all, pop the corn in the microwave or in a pot. Then melt the chocolate in a pot, pour in 5 tablespoons of milk. When all of the popcorn is popped, take a bowl, pour in some of the popcorn, drizzle some chocolate on top of it and add some salt. Mix it well. You can also add some nuts or dried fruits. This recipe is very easy to recreate!

EASY TOMATO AND ICEBERG SALAD

You will need:

  •  3 medium tomatoes
  • 4 cups iceberg leaves
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tspn grainy mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

First of all, prepare the vegetables: rinse the salad and peel the cucumbers. Then, cut them into medium-sized cubes, do the same with tomatoes. Chop the salad and put everything into a bowl. You can now prapare the dressing: take a bowl and just pour all the ingredients in and mix them well. Drizzle the dressing on the prepared salad. Enjoy!

CHICKEN WRAP WITH WITH LETTUCE AND HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE

Serves 4-5 people:

  • 600 chicken fillet
  • 2 tspns provence herb mix
  • 1 tbspn honey
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbspn grainy mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 tortillas
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups lettuce

For honey mustard sauce:

  • 1 tspn honey
  • 1 tbspn grainy mustard
  • 2 tbspns mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

First of all, you will have to prepare chicken. Take the chicken fillet and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Melt honey in a pot on a small heat. Take a bowl, add in chicken pieces, provence herbs, salt, pepper. Squeeze one half of the lemon and pour the juice into the bowl. Pour in honey and mix everything well. Put it into refrigerator for at least 2 hours. After that, preheat the oven up to 190ºC (374.00ºF). Cook chicken for about 25 minutes (you can also grill it). Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters, rinse the lettuce. For the sauce, you will have to melt honey in a pot. Then, squeeze the lemon in a bowl. Add in all the ingredients and mix everything well. When you will serve the wraps, cook tortillas for about 2 minutes each in a pan, but do not add any oil! Take one tortilla, put some chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and drizzle some honey mustard sauce on top. Wrap it however you like. Enjoy!
