For the batter:

  • 100 g butter
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbspns sugar
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tbspns water

For the filling:

  • 3 medium apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tbspns flour

First of all, you have to make the batter. Take a bowl, add in all the dry ingredients. Knead everything into crumbles. Add in water and mix the batter well. Roll up the dough and put it on to the 24 cm baking pan (it should be covered with baking paper or you can spread a little bit of butter on it). Put the pan into a refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven up to 200ºC ( 392.00ºF ). Take a fork and prick the batter so it wouldn’t rise. Bake for about 10 minutes. Make the filling: peel 3 apples and  cut them into thin slices. When the dough is baked, put the slices on top. In another bowl, mix all left ingredients and pour the mixture on the apples. Bake for about 30 minutes. After that, let the pie cool and then you can remove it from the cooking pan.
