With these products you will make enough sandwiches for about 8 people.
You will need:
- 1 baguette
- 200 g smoked turkey
- 50 g dried cranberries
- 1 cup rocket
- 1,5 cup iceberg salad
- 4 leaves of scallion
- 3/4 cup mango mayonnaise (you can mix simple mayonnaise with non-sweetened mango jam or mango purée )
First of all, rinse all the salad and greens as well as dried cranberries. Chop scallion, put it into a bowl, do the same with iceberg salad. Add in one cup of rocket. Chop smoked turkey into small cubes. Pour in mayonnaise, add in all the spices. Mix everything well. Slice up baguette (if you want you can toast it too). Take one piece of baguette and put some of the salad on it. Do the same with all the salad.
With these products you will make 3 dessert cups.
For the mascarpone cream layer:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g full cream sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
For the gingerbread layer:
- 110 g gingerbread cookies (firm and crispy or soft, however you like)
For the baked apples layer:
- 3 medium apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 30 g butter
- 1 tbspn cinnamon
- 1,5 tspn nutmeg
For the salted caramel layer:
- 100 g salted caramel (you can add a pinch of salt into unsalted caramel)
First of all, make the apple layer. Take a pan, put the butter into it and let it melt. Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into medium-sized cubes. Put them into a bowl, add in all the spices. When butter in the pan starts to boil, add in the apples. Reduce the heat to medium and let apples soften (it would take about 5 minutes). Turn off the heat, put the apples into a bowl and let them cool. Make the mascarpone layer- put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them well. Now, you can start serving.Take 3 dessert cups and layer all the ingredients (it’s totally up to you how you’d do that!) . Then, place the dessert cups into refrigerator or any cold place for about 2 hours.
